We started in Columbus, GA serving military and remote owners, then expanded into multifamily and short-term rental operations as demand grew for disciplined, reliable management.

Kyle Isaacs
Managing Member & Founder
Kyle Isaacs is the Managing Member and Founder of Fifth Principle Properties. He brings a disciplined, data-driven approach built from military leadership and corporate real estate experience, with a focus on operational execution, financial analysis, and customer service.
Kyle served 11 years on Active Duty in the Army Rangers and Special Forces and continues to serve as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserves. He built Fifth Principle Properties to deliver reliable, high-performance property management for owners who expect speed, accountability, and results.
Stephen Dunn
Director of Operations and Facilities
A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Stephen brings exceptional leadership and operational expertise to Fifth Principle Properties. He served several years as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army, where he developed a strong foundation in team management, logistics, and strategic planning—all of which translate seamlessly into his role overseeing property operations and maintenance.
Stephen’s hands-on approach ensures that every property under management is maintained to the highest standards, providing both tenants and property owners with a seamless experience. His ability to optimize facility operations and enhance tenant satisfaction makes him a key asset to the team.
