At Fifth Principle Properties, we are a veteran-owned real estate company dedicated to providing exceptional property management, real estate investment opportunities, and personalized service to military families and investors. Our mission is to make the process of finding and managing homes as easy and stress-free as possible while delivering reliable and professional service.

Our Story

Founded in 2020 by a military couple with years of experience in real estate, we understand the unique challenges military families face when relocating frequently. After successfully investing in properties across the country and honing our skills with top corporate real estate teams, we officially launched Fifth Principle Properties with a focus on Columbus, Georgia, and the Panhandle of Florida.

We quickly grew, reinvesting in several multifamily and single-family properties and expanding our offerings to include property management and short-term rental management services. As demand for trustworthy management in secondary and tertiary markets increased, we diversified our business to support investors looking for stable and profitable real estate opportunities.

Managing Member & Founder

Kyle Isaacs

With a background in military service and real estate investment, Kyle brings a strategic and analytical approach to every project, with a special emphasis on financial analysis and operational efficiency. His experience includes working on real estate teams at both Verizon and Delta Air Lines, where he played a key role in raising $1.3 billion for the redevelopment of Terminal 4 at JFK Airport.

Kyle served 11 years on Active Duty in the Army Rangers and Green Berets and continues to serve as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserves. His leadership, discipline, and ability to navigate complex financial and operational landscapes make him a trusted advisor to investors, property owners, and tenants alike.

Director of Operations and Facilities

Stephen Dunn

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Stephen brings exceptional leadership and operational expertise to Fifth Principle Properties. He served several years as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army, where he developed a strong foundation in team management, logistics, and strategic planning—all of which translate seamlessly into his role overseeing property operations and maintenance.

Stephen’s hands-on approach ensures that every property under management is maintained to the highest standards, providing both tenants and property owners with a seamless experience. His ability to optimize facility operations and enhance tenant satisfaction makes him a key asset to the team.
