2. 30-Day Lease Up. If your rent-ready home (market-priced, pets/policies agreed) isn't leased in 30 days, your first month's management fee is free.
3. 12-Month Tenant Warranty. If a tenant we place breaks lease or is evicted within 12 months, we re-lease for free (no new lease-up fee).
