Rental Qualifications (minimum):
- Credit score: 620+
- Evictions: None in the last 7 years
- Criminal history: No violent criminal convictions
- Income: Household gross income must be 3x the monthly rent
- Move-in funds: Security deposit + first month’s rent due before move-in
Note: All adults 18+ must apply. Income and rental history are verified.
